Returns

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2018. Any orders placed from 22/11 to 26/11/2018, can be retuned up until 13/01/2019.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The refund will be made the same way the payment of the purchase was made (credit card or Paypal).

Only returns in exchange for refund are accepted. If you want a different size or color, or to by a different product, you would need to place a new order.

No changes or refunds of headpieces or jewelry will be accepted.

You will have to send us the item in its original selling conditions, together with the return form, indicating the details of your order, through a transport company of your choice.

*Orders placed in the Iberian Peninsula.
Returns will be free and will be managed through our customer service. Orders will include an additional envelope to return the items.

*Orders placed in the rest of the World.
The customer must manage the returns directly, through the courier service of his choice, assuming the shipping costs.

*Returns to COMPAÑÍA FANTÁSTICA store in Madrid.
If you prefer we can also receive your return in the Compañía Fantástica store of Madrid. Because it’s an online purchase, the return of the same is not immediate: we will process the return but the amount will not be refunded in the store, but through the corresponding online platforms. For this same reason, in the physical store can be made changes of size, but not by other different articles.

If it’s better for you we can also accept your return at our flagship store in Madrid. Given that it’s an online purchase the refund will not be immediate: meaning, we will manage your return but the amount will not be refunded at the store, it will be refunded through the correspondent online platforms. For this same reason, at the store you will be able exchange sizes but not articles.

Modify or cancel an order

Unfortunately we can’t modify an order once it has been sent; this includes changing the size/color of an item, removing or adding an item, changing shipping address or payment method.

However, you can cancel an “Express Delivery” order within 30 minutes after it has been placed, and a “Standard Shipping” order within 60 minutes of ordering.
