Shipment and payment

Your order starts processing the moment we receive the payment. The shipment will be done in working days, being Monday to Friday. If you place your order on bank holidays or weekends we will start managing it the next working day.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping
Available worldwide with an estimated delivery time of:
Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula) – 2/4 working days
Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and EU – 5/10 working days
For the rest of the world the time might vary between 15/20 working days
*It’s a service through SEUR company. You can follow the state of your standard order typing your tracking number in the lower side of our transport company, SEUR. 

24h Delivery
The order will be delivered before 19:00 pm of the day after it is placed.
This option is available inside Spanish peninsular territory for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 14:00 of the day previous to the requested delivery date.
*It’s a service through Mensajeria Linur.

Same hour Delivery
The order will be delivered approximately two hours after placing your order.
This option is available from Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 20:00 pm in orders placed inside the M30 circle in Madrid.
*It’s a service through Shargo.

Store pickup
Your order will be handed in by hand at our flagship store in Madrid (C/Fernando VI, 8, 28004, Madrid).

* During sales periods, the delivery time may increase significantly and express delivery services are not available.

*Orders over 120€ will have free shipping costs.

*FEES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES
All orders placed from outside the EU can be subjected to additional fees or custom taxes, given that each country has its own legislation and trade agreements. Given that this costs are variable and impossible to foresee, Compañía Fantástica does not take charge of any additional charges that could be generated from purchases in our eshop.
